We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Associate Director, Talent Partner. Talent Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the Raytheon organization by developing and executing talent strategies. Our Talent Partners are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative and driven, build relationships and act as a thought leader on talent solutions. This role reports to the Director, Talent Management and is responsible for partnering with Human Resources, Business Leaders, and members of the Talent Communities of Expertise across Raytheon and RTX.
The successful candidate is someone who effectively partners, influences, and collaborates across the enterprise with individuals at all levels of the organization. The candidate must possess a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and ability to operate independently.
**What You Will Do**
+ Create and drive a Talent Strategy for aligned SBU/Function(s).
+ Work with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to gain insight and provide recommended solutions to talent challenges.
+ Act as the integrator and point of contact for the aligned SBU/Function(s) for all Talent COE related activities.
+ Drive enterprise-wide key projects and initiatives.
+ Act as active Talent broker, driving talent movement across the organization.
+ Lead Talent related end to end projects for their SBUs/functions.
+ Ensure complete and thorough execution of all critical Talent Cycle activities.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 12 years of related experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years of related experience
+ Project Management experience
+ Experience in a Human Resources position
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ HR Partner experience preferred
+ CORE Champion preferred
+ Proven business partner with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels to drive actions and projects to closure.
+ Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to make timely decisions.
+ Advanced Degree

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
