What is the opportunity?

The Associate Director, Relationship Management is to provide an integrated wealth management service for clients identifying their needs and providing valued and trusted advice on an ongoing basis whilst protecting and retaining NIAT/Revenue for Wealth Management.

What will you do?

Achieve a deep understanding of the client's overall needs through accurate client discovery and data collection (i.e. KYC, Risk Profile).

Deliver a high degree of personal contact and open communication among clients and internal teams that creates a superior client experience.

Manage client relationships to maximize client retention and grow the business in compliance with the goals and objectives of the clients.

Develop an overall strategy to meet the client's needs whilst collaborating with specialist partners within RBC.

Provide specialist input based on the Associate Director's own knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

Wide ranging engagement with colleagues across the RBC network to bring the best ideas to your clients.

Proactively communicate with clients about current conditions in the financial markets.

Work with the rest of client team to ensure preparation of all presentations and review materials, including taking the lead on all Annual Reviews.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Be trusted advisor, understanding client needs and nurturing strong, long term relationships with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Extensive experience within a wealth management role.

Registration with the appropriate regulatory body: as permitted to give investment advice.

An appropriate professional qualification e.g. PCIAM (minimum Level 6).

Experience working in a matrix organisation.
