PMX Lift is the Advanced TV (ATV) practice run out of Publicis media exchange (PMX). This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift include products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video. PMX Lift is looking for a talented and highly motivated AD of Measurement and Analytics, to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of executing PMX Lift campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives. This role will have a focus on Health Vertical and will include the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts across PMX Lift teams. Must haves for this role include a proven track record and comfortability in a client facing role, a deep understanding of the advanced TV and video ecosystems, along with an expertise in reporting analytics & converting data observations into insights & recommendations. Responsibilities Reports to Director, Measurement & Analytics, PMX Lift Engage with key client and agency teams – a strong enthusiasm for client facing engagements, and an ability to package and present campaign results Lead engagement with partners communicating clients reporting/measurement requirements Technical knowledge of advanced TV and its outputs; an ability to understand client business goals and tie outcomes to campaign activity with data Assist in set up and communication across teams for digital measurement, ie tagging/data access Working knowledge of HH ID matching/graphs and how they can be utilized for measurement Technical knowledge of advanced attribution measurement such as attitudinal studies, foot traffic, transactional, script lift, audience quality, doctor visits, etc Work with PMX Lift Investment leading set-up of advanced attribution measurement during campaign planning process Partnership with Activation team to compile and analyze post campaign reporting data adding headlines, insights and recommendations Track status of deliverables for campaigns at all stages – weekly pacing, post reporting, custom reporting, etc Participate in measurement projects and evolution of PMX Lift product suite Great collaborator: key measurement stakeholder engaging across team disciplines like strategy, investment activation as well as agency & client teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities Strong background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, and/or OTT Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Paramount Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.) Understanding of measurement offerings, including similarities & differences between Nielsen, Comscore, Ispot, VideoAmp, etc Advanced understanding of Traditional and digital media data & measurement Experience with process building/workflow documentation Ability to multi-task & problem solve in a fast paced environment Great communication skills both internally at PMX Lift & externally with agency teams and partners Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights Excellent relationship building and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively Experience with the health vertical from a publisher, agency or client preferred A hand-raising attitude, high attention to detail, ability to keep meticulously organized, and takes initiative on projects. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
