• You will be responsible for covering all payer and market access related PMR. This role will be direct point of contact for all PMR needs related to payer and market access in all regions within CSL Behring
•Will lead the development and delivery of market research plans (i.e. end-to-end delivery) managing PMR needs across the global and regional market access teams
•This position is critical for framing, investigating, and answering key business questions in all regions, influencing market access teams, guiding strategy, contributing to pricing, value proposition and value message development across launch readiness and pipeline assets
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for designing and implementing all CSL Behring primary market research studies covering payer and market access related business questions including pricing research, payer value proposition and value message development in all regions
•Provide critical and actionable insights to global and regional market access teams to inform strategic and tactical decision making supporting all brands in CSL Behring portfolio
•Serve as the technical subject matter expert supporting market access teams in all regions– to gather insights on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics
•Demonstrate data translation into insight; demonstrate ability to monitor performance across brands.
•Drive excellence in overall primary market research methodologies and assist in developing a best-in-class global shared services team
•Maintain transparency into market research budgets; Maintain full compliance with internal and external guidelines
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or business field
•10 plus years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.; including at least 5+ years or experience designing and conducting payer and pricing research
•Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders.
•Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
•Excellent communication, and relationship-building abilities
•Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances
•Ability to Influence, Strong Change and Leadership skills
