Raytheon is seeking an experienced, motivated Associate Director, Business Development to represent the Land and Air Defense (LADS) portfolio to NATO and European Union customers, U.S. government program offices, and Raytheon functional, regional, and program areas. The role offers growth in Business Development management, capture management, customer and stakeholder management, proposal development, matrixed organizational leadership, and exposure to senior customer and business leadership.
What You Will Do
Cultivate customer relationships to establish Raytheon LADS as a trusted partner within NATO and the European UnionEngage and work with high level foreign and USG officials to identify land and air defense capability and capacity gaps and requirements, subsequently developing creative, integrated solutions with them and Raytheon functional leadsWork closely with LADS program and functional leads to capture 5YP bookings, exceeding $1B per year and $5B over the 5YPSupport and coordinate the Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), proposal, EX/IM, Engineering, and Capabilities Assessment teamsIdentify, shape, and pursue opportunities to drive top-line pipeline growth for an expanded LADS program portfolio (25+ established and multiple developing product lines)Work with in-country and regional teams, including representatives and consultants, to develop and execute country-specific program and growth strategiesInternational and domestic travel up to 30%Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in capture management and /or business development or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experienceExperience working with functional teams such as Operations and Supply Chain, Quality Management & Assurance, Engineering, Global Trade, Contracts, Legal and Global Government RelationsExperience in business development, program management, technology development, or experience with Land, and/or Air Domain and International Partner requirements development and/or Defense Acquisition Policy.Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
