**Overview**
The Data Steward will collaborate with experts across the company and help deliver on client scope requirements through the use of syndicated and proprietary applications & tools. You will learn how to explore data, build and refine business processes, and communicate the work you have done to executives and peers. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the importance and application of quality data, experience in media planning & investment (linear, social, programmatic, CTV, etc), and a relentless curiosity and desire to problem solve. This role will be communicating in all formats with all levels of the organization so strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills are essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor, maintain, and evolve data quality framework
+ Understand how investment decisions inform data quality
+ Develop & train on operational standards to resolve pain points and deliver on client requirements
+ Configure proprietary products to meet client needs
+ Act as business analyst between Investment stakeholders and Architecture & Governance COE
+ Maintain client specific training/educational materials for internal investment teams
+ Consult on new product strategy and development pipeline for Starcom products
+ Identify, build, and improve client investment processes across multiple verticals of the organization (investment, analytics, ops, ad tech) to support clean, accurate data
+ Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
+ Stay informed on evolving media landscape, including media technology, and digital advertising systems
**Qualifications**
+ Educational background in information systems management, statistics, computer science, economics, or business degrees preferred, but not required
+ 5+ years of related professional experience
+ Hands-on experience manipulating, accessing, and evaluating data from various data sources and environments, including experience with Tableau
+ Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with heavy focus on Excel
+ Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as buying/financial systems (i.e., MediaOcean), activation platforms (DSPs, ad servers, etc.), and data management tools
+ Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
+ Willingness to learn, optimize, and create solutions that challenge the status quo
+ Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements
+ Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions
+ A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
+ Managerial and/or cross-functional team leadership experience, as they will work across various agency teams to build and manage processes
+ Ability to work independently (proactively) and collaboratively with diverse groups
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
