We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team in Toronto. Our team is focused on digital platforms, creating world-class analytics products. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the evolution of our infrastructure.

What will you do?

Architect and develop scalable and robust fullstack applications using React, Next.js, and backend technologies.

Design and implement microservices and containerized applications using Kubernetes.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the stack.

Lead the development of high-quality code, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in fullstack development.

Proficiency in React and backend technologies (Node.js/Java).

Proven experience in architecting and developing scalable applications.

Strong experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Leadership skills and experience working with technical teams (Developers/Quality Engineers/Business Analysts).

Nice-to-have:

Experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Knowledge of capital markets and electronic trading flows.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
