Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the timing and quality of client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting of the funds’ performance to the clients, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.Prepare / review periodic client reporting for funds within various accounting standards such as IFRS, US GAAP, and work within the agreed deadlines.Determines business requirements and department needs in terms of automationsIdentify opportunities to implement Macros/VBA scripts or other technology to decrease manual order touches and automate processesReview and provide technical expertise to assist the accountants in their responsibilities.Effectively collaborate with both clients and internal teams to resolve issues timely and effectively.Facilitate the implementation of new client setups/new fund launches/fund conversions.Actively involved in projects and process improvements
