The Associate Director will be part of the FP&A Business Intelligence (BI) team, which reports directly to the Director of FP&A and supports CFO of Publicis Digital Experience (PDX).

Job Description

Month End Close:

Analyze actuals vs budget/forecast to ensure PDX is tracking to revenue and profitability targetsWorking closely with agency finance leads to attain various MEC intel and commentariesManage monthly deliverables including consolidated PDX P&L reports and variances, flash report, short term forecast, and cost/headcount analysisDevelop P&L and financial statements tailored to CFO structural needsHighlight risks and opportunitiesAnalyze Trade Working Capital against Cash Flow targetsTrend analysis on investment cost spending vs budget/forecastHeadcount analysisPartner with accounting team to ensure accurate and consistent recording of revenue and expenses

Budget/Forecast:

Ensure all agencies projections are accurate before consolidatingReview and analyze consolidated financials before presenting to CFOEvaluate Business Development data though Salesforce including pitches and prospecting Trend analysisIdentify risks and opportunitiesWork collectively with Agency Finance Leads to ensure forecasts are aligned with set KPIs

Other:

Manage a team of 2 analystsProvide team members with continuous mentorship and supportIdentify best practices to improve current work flow and create efficiencies and consistencies across networkFoster effective information flow and communication to ensure financial results and reports are consistentCollaborate with Groupe Corporate Finance team (USMS) on special projectsCreate presentations, which clearly speaks to the financials, strategy, and goalsWorking closely with agency Agency Finance Leads to understand both business and finance acumenAssist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications8+ years of experience in a financial reporting role, with P&L management experience as well as people management experienceStrong ability to develop, refine and explain intricate financial models, with advanced Excel skills to supportAbility to clearly and accurately convey metrics and analysis to internal teams, including Senior LeadershipHyperion Financial Manager and Oracle Business Intelligence knowledge and SAP experience

Compensation Range: $91,000-$154,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
