Strategic Project Planning and management 20%
Research, analyze, and evaluate pharmaceutical policies and market/competitive trends to identify opportunitiesSupport development of affiliate-level strategies, including driving key analysisFormulate and implement the marketing strategy for the company's products to capture early access opportunities in Greater Bay Area/Bo’ao, including market entry strategies, partnership building, and marketing activities.Monitor market performance and analyze data to adjust strategies to ensure achievement of business goals.Input and update forecast data, collect and explain the main assumptions for forecast
GBA product launch and business operation management 60%
Lead cross-functional teams to assist in product registration, approval and compliance processes, and accelerate the product launch process, etc according to GBA regulations.Present product and marketing programs to Senior ManagementMonitor and evaluate all marketing activities that are in-line with the positioning of the products, make the necessary adjustments to adapt to market changeDrive product positioning and competitive strategies as well as provide leadership in managing the logistics, market share and revenue of the productLead the cross-function team to develop and execute product education and promotional activities to effectively communicate the strategic positioning and lifecycle development of products to customersIntegrate and optimize resources. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives including external customers, BU, KA, MA, OEC, Legal, Hongkong affiliate, Logistics, Public Affairs, Executive Management and external vendors or agencies.Lead interacting with global marketing lead in respective TAs.Act as a sparring head to establish and maintain good relationships with government departments, industry associations, and local partners to obtain policy support and market information.Inspire cross-functional project team to achieve business goal with the mindset of All for One AbbVie and Growth Mindset, esp in VUCA situations.Qualifications
EDUCATION: Master degree and above, major in Pharmacy, Medicine or Marketing. MBA is a plusIndustry experiences: Minimum 10 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industryPosition experiences: 7+ years of Marketing experience in Pharma industry.Experience in Launch planning, Greater Bay Area/Boao Early access are plusSales management experience in Pharma industry is a plusMobility: Willing to travel frequentlyOther Requirements:Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for pharmaceuticalsGood understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing senseDemonstrated leadership and success in project managementStrong communication and presentation skills with excellent high-level stakeholder managementStrong business analytical skillsProven ability to develop and execute complex strategic projectsAutonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essentialSelf-motivated, creative and well organized
