We are currently seeking an Associate Customer Engagement Specialist to join our support team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.     Performance Objectives Our Associate Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for helping to drive customer success.  This role provides training, tools, and resources for customers to understand and support the Business Automation products they have purchased.  Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for suppliers via email, BidOut, OpenInvoice, and phone as per the Service Level Agreements.Create and execute supplier strategy for new projects and new product implementations of moderate to high complexity, as required to drive a successful rollout.Provide timely and quality support to customers and suppliers.Gather information necessary to make decisions; anticipate and resolve problems in a timely manner. Work autonomously with general direction from team manager.Conduct training for customers and suppliers related to Supplier Onboarding activities.Focus is exclusively on the e-payables product line.Requires broad knowledge of various operational procedures and tools.Assisting other teams members with tasks  Competitive Candidate Profile    College degree or equivalent work experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years related experience in service delivery, accounting/finance or IT experience 1+ uears related experience in SaaS and internet-based software 2+ years customer service experience required Experience in the oil & gas industry preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Proficient with customer facing tasks such as presentations and onsite activities. Strong organizational skills, set priorities and meets client needs. Ability to learn new skills with little guidance to meet client needs. Ability to manage multiple tasks in high pressure situations.
