**Overview** Philadelphia-based Audacy is seeking an Associate Counsel to join the United States’ fastest growing audio company in the in the legal department. **Responsibilities** **What You'll Do:** + Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate commercial agreements related to advertising, events, sweepstakes and contests, production services, content publishing and distribution, intellectual property licensing, data licensing and protection, consumer privacy, software and other technologies, and sports rights + Provide counsel on matters relating to intellectual property rights in radio broadcasts, podcasts, advertising, technology, images, and videos + Provide counsel on matters relating to defamation, liable, slander, and First Amendment issues + Provide counsel on matters relating to sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions + Provide counsel on matters relating to consumer data privacy and security, including the collection, processing, and storage of personal information, and compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations + Corporate policy training and compliance auditing + Directly handle or escalate legal matters arising in company **Qualifications** **Required & Preferred:** + Minimum 1 – 3 years of current legal practice, including drafting, reviewing negotiating, interpreting contracts + Ability to work independently + Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace environment + Exceptional initiative, judgment, prioritizing and organizational skills + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Gmail, and Adobe Acrobat + Juris Doctorate Degree with ability to practice in PA required **Important Notes:** Please be aware that Audacy will **never** ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
