Job Overview: As an Oracle Analyst, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support Oracle ERP and Cloud Finance implementation projects. You will be involved in system configuration, data analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting to help clients maximize their investment in Oracle solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in operations, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
•
MBA Operations / B. Tech Mechanical Graduates with 1-2 yrs of industry experience.
•
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•
Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% or CGPA equivalent to 60% in X, XII, Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation (Aggregate of all semesters to be considered) (Maharashtra based candidates academic record of a minimum of 55% or equivalent is needed.)
•
Maximum of 2 year’s gap in education, no criteria for dead and active backlogs
•
Foundational knowledge of basic financial concepts and finance information systems, including processes, procedures, and best practices.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and Access to translate information into documentation and solution design.
•
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration quickly.
•
Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
•
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
