Skills and Qualifications

MBA HR Graduates in 2024 or 2025 pursuing the final semester of MBA in HR, with no backlogs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% or CGPA equivalent to 60% in X, XII, Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation (Aggregate of all semesters to be considered)Maximum of 2 year’s gap in education, no criteria for dead and active backlogsAt the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in graduation with no standing arrears or backlogsStudents applied for re-evaluation and waiting for the results would be considered with the initial results score declaredAnalytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and Access for data insights.Foundational knowledge of HRMS processes and best practices is an advantage.Eagerness to learn and adapt to technology-driven HR practices.
