Job Overview: As an Oracle Analyst, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support Oracle ERP and Cloud Finance implementation projects. You will be involved in system configuration, data analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting to help clients maximize their investment in Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle ERP Finance modules / Oracle EPM modules.

Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.

Participate in design sessions, requirement gathering, and documentation of system configurations.

Conduct research on Oracle Finance functionalities to provide insights for process improvement.

Assist with financial analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards.

Provide administrative and technical support for Oracle Finance projects as required / support creation of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models, participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the correct implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting features

Stay updated on new features and updates in Oracle Planning & Profitability tools and contribute to continuous improvement of processes

Skills and Qualifications

MBA Finance/ Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountant Graduates in 2024

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% or CGPA equivalent to 60% in X, XII, Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation (Aggregate of all semesters to be considered) (Maharashtra based candidates academic record of a minimum of 55% or equivalent is needed.)

Maximum of 2 year’s gap in education, no criteria for dead and active backlogs

Foundational knowledge of basic financial concepts and finance information systems, including processes, procedures, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and Access to translate information into documentation and solution design.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration quickly.

Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
