Major Duties :
Onboarding of new clients
Participate in the data conversion workstream for implementation projectsSupport problem solving and solutioning around the data conversion process at a high technical levelParticipate in the data discovery process with the client to understand where it will be sourced from and how the client will use the data in order to best shape how the data is configured within the FOS platformPerform analysis of financial statements and supporting documents as part of portfolio data validationMap source data to prepare it for upload to FOS systemLoad and reconcile data to ensure accuracy of data loaded into the FOS systemAssist with testing new business processes and products as neededAssist in developing implementation methodology standards, procedures and templates around the data conversion processEnsure all escalations are identified and communicated to management appropriatelyRequired Knowledge and skills
Basic understanding of institutional investment industry, including markets and investment instruments.Basic understanding of investment operational processes, including transactional impacts, cash movements, and accruals.Basic understanding of accounting / reporting methods, including IBOR, ABOR, and TrueNAV to support complete and accurate data capture.Experience working with and manipulating large sets of financial dataFamiliarity with various methodologies of calculating performance returns and IRRsSelf-starter – Performs independently with limited supervision and coaching. Leads and directs the efforts of team, peers, stakeholders.Coordinates with teams across Front Office Solutions and clients to improve service quality and operating excellence.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Results oriented, takes initiative to identify areas to add value and executes quickly and effectively.Highly flexible and adaptable to changeAttention to detailWorks with a sense of urgencyKnowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to apply operational business practices and coordinate with other closely related areas to improve efficiency.Knowledge of performance measurement concepts.
