The Role
Veeva is dedicated to building the careers of new university graduates. We are seeking an Associate Consultant to be part of an exciting company that is growing rapidly in Asia Pacific. The role is specifically designed for new/recent graduates who are interested in learning more about cloud-based software solutions and technical consultancy (no coding skills required!). You will be developing your technical and soft skills helping you grow into a subject matter expert at Veeva. You will build Consulting skills, Application Functional and Technical proficiency, and knowledge of the Life Sciences Industry. If you have a passion for how technology can improve industries that impact our everyday lives, this may be the job for you! As part of this team, you will assist our life sciences customers by participating in business process due diligence, requirements definition, solution design and configuration, and system and training documentation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best Senior Consultants and Solution Architects in the industry and learn best practices for business analysis, application design, and project management.
What You’ll DoLearn technical consulting, software solution design, industry business processes, and project management skillsParticipate in business process discovery workshops with customers, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis Configure (tailor) Veeva products to match customer needs under the guidance of experienced Solution ArchitectsHelp with building and testing the solution, training customers, and final deploymentCreate documentation of system requirements and design to help complete successful implementationsExplain solutions to a variety of audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical designGuide customer project teams to apply business and technical best practicesRequirementsAcademic performance: Strong performance in your course major Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomed Engineering, Life Sciences field or other similar degree or commensurate work experienceLeadership: A leader who thrives in a team environmentCritical thinking: A critical thinker who loves a challenge. Ability to take technical and business concepts and express them as potential solution designsCommunication: A great communicator, in person and in writingShould have an excellent command of EnglishTechnology: Aptitude and interest in technology.
