Basic understanding of AWS via AWS Code Deploy, Lambda, Gateway, SQS & Dynamo DB Knowledge of AWS architecture and solutions Basic Understanding and Knowledge of webservices (REST/SOAP) Scripting languages – Javascript / Python Basic Experience with ticketing systems like CA Service Desk, Remedy, Service-now, HP Service Manager
