The Associate Client Manager plays a pivotal role within the Regional Center South America (RCSA) as part of the Business Development and Innovation team. Focused on fostering innovation in reinsurance solutions, this role also supports business development and client relationship management. By driving forward-thinking strategies and developing tailored solutions, the Associate Client Manager leverages Munich Re’s capabilities to address the evolving needs of Latin American markets.
Responsibilities (your job):
Strategic Development and Execution:Support teams in defining and executing innovative business development strategies, including lead generation, initiative follow-up, and project delivery.Participate in identifying growth areas for Munich Re and generating new business opportunities in Latin America.Project and Client Management:Manage selected projects and client interactions to gain practical experience and deliver measurable results.Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance client outcomes, ensuring contractual obligations are met and raising issues when necessary.Innovation and Product Co-Creation:Lead product co-creation efforts to address client needs and develop market-specific distribution strategies using agile methods.Drive the design and implementation of innovative reinsurance solutions tailored to market demands.Relationship Building and Stakeholder Engagement:Build and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders across Munich Re, fostering collaboration and trust.Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their goals and delivering impactful solutions.Collaboration and Teamwork:Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives and projects.Organize and moderate workshops, team meetings, and client sessions to facilitate engagement and innovation.Qualifications (your profile):
Sales and Business Development:Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while fostering strong client relationships.Proven track record in generating leads and identifying growth opportunities.Project and Stakeholder Management:Skilled in managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.Proficiency in tracking initiative progress and addressing challenges proactively.Technical and Industry Knowledge:Solid understanding of reinsurance principles, primary insurance, and underwriting across various lines of business.Familiarity with agile project management methods and innovative value proposition design.Innovation and Collaboration:Strong interest in leading product co-creation initiatives and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs.Ability to work effectively in diverse teams, fostering a "One Team" culture within Munich Re.Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven capability to engage senior stakeholders.Open, adaptable mindset with a focus on collaboration and results.Business fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
