Associate Campaign Manager

What You'll Do:

Criteo is in search of a detail oriented Associate Campaign Manager (mid-market & small business) to join our Platform Success team for the Retail Media Division. You will manage a book of business consisting of managed service accounts, ensuring we recognize as much revenue from those IOs as possible, all while balancing the client’s goals and objectives. You will work with both business stakeholders, ensuring we are delivering a world class client experience, as well as working with technical teams to surface and solve problems. We are very excited to be in the US as a profitable and growing company, but most of all, being positioned as a global leader in personalized Retail Media solutions. All campaign manage duties for Retail Media Campaign Managers, but not limited to are:

Partnering with Account Strategy team to deliver budgets in full and meet campaign performance objectives across a shared book of business.Optimizing campaigns and proposing strategies daily to meet or exceed the customers performance goals and ensure delivery in full.Pulling basic reporting to supplement those strategic recommendationsMonitoring the health of your book of campaigns, and working with the technical services team to troubleshoot issues.Lead weekly/bi-weekly status calls with Account Strategists to provide pacing status, performance, and recommendations.Who You Are:1-3 years experience in campaign management Demonstrates proactivity to completing tasks and troubleshooting issues both within the team and outside of the teamA self-motivated individual willing to think outside the box & role to generate results and growth for the teamUnderstand how to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given timeStrong technical knowledge base related to optimizing and managing auction-based campaigns (DSPs, Intermediate Excel, etc.)Ability to work in a dynamic small team environment and cross-functionally with other teams – Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical ServicesAbility to think critically and solve problems independently.Adaptable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$70,000 - $80,000
