Responsibilities • Supports customer processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications. • Translate client's requirements to functional documentation; assist with technical designs and test plan. • Participates in developing, coding and testing computer programs for relatively straightforward or small projects. • Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development. • Contribute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. • Monitor application operations and troubleshoot problems, as necessary. Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Level Basic Understanding: • Cites examples of functional and non-functional requirements. • Describes basic concepts and major activities associated with requirements analysis. • Explains the life cycle context and scope of requirements analysis. • Explains the structure and components of effective requirements analysis documents. Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation.
