Associate Brand Manager (e-Commerce)
**DESCRIPTION** This is a **\#hybrid** position based in either the **Scottsdale, AZ,** or **Seattle, WA** office, working on-site **3 days a week.** You will be expected to understand basic catalog functions such as NIS, merges, variations, and image uploading, and is responsible for opening tickets in **Asana** for the catalog team for various needs. Also, handle the entry of deals, coupons, and promos in both **Seller Central** and **Vendor Central** . **RESPONSIBILITIES** **The individual is expected to become proficient in the following tasks:** + Understand and perform basic catalog functions - **NIS, merges, Variations, uploading images** + Opening tickets in **Asana** for the catalog team: **NIS, Catalog Scrub, A+ needs, Merges** , etc. + Entering Deals, Coupons, and Promos in both **Seller Central** and **Vendor Central** + **Owns Catalog/Content audit process** - In charge of maintaining Master Catalog + **Researching** like items/products/price - competitive analysis + **Removal of reseller listings** in violation of intellectual property, trademark/copyright infringement, or similar infractions + Ensuring top **ASINS** have live offers + **Special Projects:** Buy box loss, suppressed items, etc. + Help with ad hoc report requests + Compliance documents + **Cost/Price** changes + Deliver **monthly reporting** for assigned brands + Basic Business/Amazon acronyms + Understand the **Brand Registry** + **Customer Engagement:** Recommend and execute strategies for generating customer reviews. + **Meeting Preparation:** Create agendas for meetings. **QUALIFICATIONS** + 1-2 years in a professional environment, agency, or similar experience _preferred_ + 1+ years **Amazon Vendor Central** and/or Amazon Seller Central experience _preferred_ + Basic understanding of **eCommerce** and **retail market channels** + Microsoft Proficiency: Display proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook, BI, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc. + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Excel and **Retail Math Competency** : Demonstrate competency in Excel and basic retail math. + Train for and pass **Amazon Sponsored Ads certification** + Associate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field _preferred_ **\#DiscoverYourPath** **ABOUT US** Acosta is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
