Description We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Demand Writer and Negotiator to join our team in Fresno, CA. This is an on-site role requiring expertise in personal injury pre-litigation matters. While preference will be given to licensed Personal Injury Attorneys with significant experience in demand writing and settlement negotiations, we also welcome applications from non-attorneys with relevant experience. Additionally, we are open to considering recently licensed attorneys who are fluent in Spanish. Key Responsibilities: + Draft well-structured, comprehensive personal injury demand letters. + Analyze case documentation and medical records to present a compelling case in demand letters. + Engage directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements favorable to clients. + Evaluate settlement offers and make recommendations based on case details and client priorities. + Maintain organized records of negotiations and communications. + Collaborate with pre-litigation team members and provide input on case strategies. Requirements Qualifications: + Strong experience in personal injury pre-litigation, particularly in writing demand letters and negotiating settlements is highly preferred. + Preferred: Licensed personal injury attorney with a proven track record in pre-litigation matters. + Open to non-attorneys with demonstrable experience in personal injury cases. + Law clerks or other legal professionals bilingual in Spanish will be considered. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
