**What you’ll do:**
The principle role of the Inventory Analyst is to work with global,Regional & Site teams of Hydraulics business to drive effective Inventory management & Analytics process & support deployment of global intiatives such as MOQ reduction,E&O Liquidation, PFEP deployment & Standardised KPI reporting. The person will also be responsible for providing advanced Analytics support by developing big data models/ Automation of scheduled work through R, Python & standardised dashboards Via Power BI
"Inventory Management Roles & Responsibility
1.Excellent communication & presentation skills to work with Global, regional & local materials management teams across the globe
2. Support and enhance the Inventory Management, ABCQ LT segmentation, PFEP (plan for every part) and Materials systems process to meet the global and regional team’s daily, weekly and monthly reporting timelines.
3. Responsible for sharing with the team, best inventory management practices, continuous improvement of process, development of process standards, compliance with Materials planning processes, and reporting in alignment with the regional and global supply chain organization
Strong functional knowledge of discrete manufacturing supply chains , understanding of materials flow from raw to finished goods, interlinks of the various elements during the P2P cycle and its implications on inventory levels.
4. Creating and timely upgrading the SOPs and other related documents, meeting QMS requirments.
5. Responsible for Driving key Projects for Process standardization
6. Strong Working Knowledge ERP Systems preferably Oracle is required.
5. Work on developing Standard work in co-ordination with the GSC COE lead to deliver high quality, prompt Material Management Analytics/reporting services.
6. Support various analytical requirements from materials management & Inventory Analytics perspective like Min-max calculations, ROP, Safety stock calculations, past due analysis & Excess & obsolete inventory analysis.
7.Should have strong functional knowledge related to Materials management & detailed understanding of concepts related to replenishment planning, MRP/ material planning & Inventory performance measures like ITR & DOH
8.Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position & Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required
9. Exposure to manufacturing plant operations, Warehouse/DC Operations, Advance Excel knowledge (Data Analysis/Solver tools in excel).Knowledge of Macros would be an added advantage
10.Good understanding of Big data tools like R, Python & visulation tools such as Power BI/Tableu"
**Qualifications:**
Graduate /Post Graduate especially MBA (Operations) with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience related to Inventory Management, Material Planning & supply chain management in global environment

**Skills:**
Inventory Analytics with MTO/MTS,ABC/XYZ Classification, Strong understanding of MRP & Replinishment planning,ERP- Oracle, Business warehousing,OBIEE, Power BI, Advance Excel with Macros.(Knowledge of Oracle & Analytics tools like R/Python will be prefered)
