Associate Administrative Assistant

Working shift: Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, able to multitask and support daily operations effectively. This position involves managing invoices, generating reports, communicating with customers, coordinating events, scheduling meetings, and assisting coworkers with various administrative needs. Additionally, the role shares cashier duties, including money management, processing checks, and handling important documents. Responsibilities Invoice Management: Process and pay invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Daily Tasks: Perform a variety of daily administrative tasks, including running reports, updating records, and maintaining files. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and professional service via phone, email, or in-person. Event Planning: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, meetings, and other special projects. Meeting Scheduling: Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently (room reservations, agendas, follow-ups). Offer assistance: To team members with any administrative tasks or special projects that arise. Cashier Responsibilities: Assist with cashier duties, including money management, processing checks, handling documents, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Time Management: Effectively balance multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines. General Administrative Support: Handle office supplies, maintain office organization, and help with any other ad-hoc tasks as required. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications 1 year of experience providing administrative support 1 year of experience in cashiering Cooperative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude. Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure. Quick learner, adaptable to changing tasks and environments. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
