About the position:

Want to pursue a career in tech sales within a fast-paced cloud centric organisation? The Associate Account Executive will join AvePoint and be immersed across the business in their first 6 months in a rotational program that aims to accelerate their technical knowledge, sales skills, and general abilities. The AAE will work across different business units to ensure they have an end-to-end understanding of AvePoint and how we go to market to support our customers and partners. 

Outside of the learning rotation, the Associate Account Executive will assist with the creation, selling and closing of opportunities alongside existing members of the sales team. At the conclusion of the 12-month program the AAE will have the opportunity (if successful) to move into an Account Executive role.  

What your day to day will look like: 

Build a strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft’s core solutions in market and the problems organisations face utilising Microsoft natively Work across all business units to ensure you know function and processes Development a comprehensive understanding of AvePoint’s Channel, partners, and routes to market Support Account Executives with opportunity management, quoting and CRM based activities as well as with the execution of their account plans Own the quoting and closing of smaller opportunities between 100-300 employees Attended Face-to-Face meetings with Account Executives Sharing information with the sales and technical teams about our products and the market   Supporting AvePoint Partner and Marketing teams with their field activities
