L3 Job Description: Hands-on experience in Windows, VMware and Nutanix, must have good understanding in performance troubleshooting, capacity planning and monitoring tools, moreover any scripting skills for automating regular task. Hands-on experience in installing, patching, upgrading Nutanix, Cisco UCS, vCenters, ESXis and Virtual Machines. Hands-on experience in vSphere HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, Update Manager, vSAN. Hands-on experience in Log analysis, User Privilege, Role, SSO, Security Hardening, Patching, and Backup & Restore VCs. Hands-on experience in vROPS, Log Insight and Network Insight. Hands-on experience in VM Templates update and Hardening, for VM deployments. Hands-on experience in AWS EC2 and Azure VMs. Hands-on experience in Zerto, configuring Zerto, running DR tests and planned recoveries. Hands-on experience in vRA and hands on in VM commission / decommission using vRA. Knowledge in NSX-T, HCX migrations is added advantage. Hands-on experience in Software\\Hardware RAID and Physical servers (HPE \\ Cisco UCS) Experience in handling Sev-1 incidents and handling customer on call. RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission. Basic Knowledge in Active Directory. Strong written and oral communication skills. Preferable to have VMware ,Nutanix, AWS/Azure Cloud Certification. Support is required during US business hours (EST) at Client location. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
