1.1. Validation of asset inventory in SNOW 1.2. Support, verify and adhere to asset Disposal request and procedures. 1.3. Support and ensure compliance to asset Sanitization process 1.4. Gather Sanitization evidence for hardware assets attached to the disposal request and update the disposal request with the evidence of sanitization. 1.5. Identify anomalies and notify asset owners to remediate identified anomalies. 1.6. Asset Management Reporting (Asset state report, Separated User report, Device unbrick and asset lost report, Lease buyout report, Contract upload report, Mass Import report, Lease management report) 1.7. Produce monthly Evidence report. Extend audit support as and when required To be updated later (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
