Associate – North America Institutional Marketing

North American Institutional Marketing Team

The North American Institutional Marketing Team is responsible for supporting MSIM Institutional sales and consultants driving growth across the MSIM platform, via email engagement, events and sponsorships, content strategy and digital application. This includes the application of a holistic and partnership-oriented approach to provide a best-in-class client experience.

Highlights & Key Responsibilities

The North American Institutional Marketing Team is seeking a collaborative, self-motivated, and detailed professional to support our institutional marketing efforts. The candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills, as responsibilities will include digital client engagement, web creation and upkeep, assisting in running proprietary and external events and sponsorships and communicating quantitative and qualitative information.

Responsibilities include:

Support 2 marketing professionals on daily activities including email and campaign activation, events and sponsorships and digital engagementWorking closely with our email relationship management team on deploying relevant content and emailsWork closely with institutional sales on a daily basis to ensure proper supportPrepare pre and post event and sponsorship communicationAid in innovative thinking and new ideas for additional campaigns and way to support salesAid in the development and maintenance of business metrics and reportsAssist with other team projects and initiatives on an ad hoc basis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreeExcellent communication and relationship building skills, team-oriented and collaborativeA problem-solver who demonstrates effective organization skills and follow-throughA team playerStrong ability to multi-task, comfort working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentUse of PowerPoint, Excel and OfficeUse of stensul, adobe, tableu, salesforce and jira are a bonusMeticulous organization skills, with an emphasis on very strong attention to detail

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
