 岗位职责：
1.负责承接海外用户入境游日常咨询和定制咨询，跟进订单预定操作
2.收集和挖掘客户需求，独立帮助客户完成行程规划的方案定制，满足客户需求，促进成交；并在客户入境旅游期间远程协同当地司导，给客户做好高品质、个性化的服务
3.不断根据客户喜好，梳理和策划专属的特色旅行方案，并沉淀为知识库
4.维护客户的关系，及时处理客人的投诉

任职要求：
1.海外留学经验为加分项。
2.基本的英语读写能力，英语4级以上者优先
3.1年以上相关工作经验，有销售经验、懂旅游。
4.执行能力强，细致耐心，具有敬业精神、团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力
5.善于同客户及同事沟通交流，有很好的协调能力

6.岗位实行早晚班轮班制，月休 8 天，早班时间为 9:00 - 18:00，晚班时间为 15:00 - 23:00，且节假日上班将按照法定三倍工资发放。
