**Warehouse Associate** **POSITION OVERVIEW** As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include a variety of tasks such as shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and loading/unloading trucks. You will ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in adherence to OSHA regulations. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading, and unloading of trucks. + Safely operate material handling and dock equipment, such as pallet jacks. + Accurately complete and process all paperwork. + Utilize non-powered material handling equipment as needed (training provided). + Efficiently execute tasks assigned by the warehouse supervisor or team lead. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety procedures. + Learn and perform various warehouse functions. + Meet productivity and quality standards set by the manager. + Work rapidly to meet deadlines. + Take on additional duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. + Adequate reading and math skills, with the ability to write legibly. + Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods, and lifting between 50 to 100 pounds. **SKILLS AND ABILITIES** + Ability to listen to directions, manage time effectively, and complete tasks within established timelines. + Team player with strong interpersonal skills. **WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS** + Warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation. + Physical effort required to lift tool cases and equipment weighing between 50 to 100 pounds, and to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 700 pounds. + Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling to service equipment at floor level. **OTHER INFORMATION** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
