Job Title: Associate, Office Experience and Engagement
What You Will Do:
Be part of the Malaysia People & Culture team in building and maintaining an exceptional employee experience and smooth office operations
Proactively collaborate with the Central, Culture and Engagement, People Operations (Pops) and IT teams to ensure a seamless employee onboarding/ offboarding process, alongside effective asset management, office administration, and employee engagement
Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture within the Malaysia office and enhance overall employee experience.
Work closely with finance on payment preparation, inventory control and support budgeting process
Coordinate staff travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Manage vendor relationships, regularly reviewing service levels to ensure consistent quality and performance.
Take part in other ad hoc people & culture projects/ tasks, including support for company/BU summits, office relocation/ expansion projects, remote support other global offices and attend to both regular and ad hoc office operations duties as needed.
What You Will Need:
1- 2 years’ working experience in office administration or employee engagement Experience with GSuite (Word, Sheet, Power Point, Calendar) Bachelor’s degree and above Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external parties Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with sense of urgency Attention to detail and effective prioritization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when requiredKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
