We are seeking an Associate, Lease Admin to join our growing team. Our Lease Administration platform supports a diverse set of client needs from basic management of lease abstractions and critical dates to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits. We provide comprehensive knowledge and access to data across the portfolio that enables our clients to make strategic real estate decisions that support and enhance their core business.

What this job involves

ADMINISTRATIVE / ANALYSIS

Abstracting and interpreting commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases)

Rent variance analysis and rent payment processing

Data entry, validation and management of lease Reviewing annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations

Reviewing CAM and other escalations & real estate tax invoices documents

COMPLIANCE

Reviewing annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance

Rent variance analysis and rent payment processing to ensure accuracy and lease compliance

Tracking and maintaining critical lease dates

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Resolution of rent and other landlord/tenant issues

Client/vendor/landlord relationship management

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-2 years of work experience in finance, accounting, lease administration, or property management

Accounting experience

Prior experience with Excel preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dynamic and Highly Skilled

You’ll need to be dynamic and technologically savvy and utilize software to support planning solutions and communicate ideas clearly with planning team and lines of business. You will be successful if you have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to slice, dice, and filter large data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) and ability to consolidate data and master company specific account and database programs is highly valued. You’ll be effective in your role by learning to ask the right questions to understand the underlying needs of our clients. You will be accountable for delivery of projects against expectations, including on-budget and to outlined/agreed upon specifications. You’ll discover how to be proactive and innovative with solutions for your stakeholders.

Location : Remote based in the United States. Client prefers hybrid work schedule in Pittsburgh PA office 2-3 days a week

Paid Hourly with overtime eligibility.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

47,000.00 – 52,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
