Candidate should have knowledge to handle the end-to-end Payroll, Establishment & CLRA compliances
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human ResourcesExperience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Handle end to end Payroll, Establishment & CLRA statutory compliances requirement
- Promote building trust, credibility and relationship with Govt Offices & Industry networking
- Adhere on time remittance / returns on statutory compliances
- Capability to review consultant performance through KPI (Key performance Indicator)
- Exhaustive statutory checklist to be presented with management by obtaining input from consultant on quarterly basis
- Report out statutory amendments / deviations
- Handle Budget, Purchase order, SLA & Invoice verification for consultant services
- Support internal audits requirements for statutory process
- Hands on experience on problem solving & employee solutions
- Ability to handle crisis situations and report out to management for timely decisions.
- Good negotiation skills to collaborate with corporate counsels and management to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
