This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

You are analytical and data – driven with a strong understanding of retail math and enjoy working in a fast – paced highly collaborative environment. You are a strategic thinker with experience in allocation / store planning within the retail industry. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under deadlines!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. You will support the Allocation and Planning team executing key allocation strategies for the North American Outlet Stores, with a focus on timely and accurate deliveries that support the company’s financial targets and inventory turns. This role will be responsible for managing store level inventory based on sales performance by owning allocations from DC / Warehouse to Outlet stores.  In addition, you will ensure a balance between store and warehouse on hand – protecting the store channel and optimal inventory levels, while partnering with Planning to best optimize sales/inventory. You are a key participant in monthly floor set communication of allocation strategy and ensure all monthly floor sets are delivered within set parameters. You manage open order reporting, ensuring that on-order and committed receipts are delivered on time to support forecasts and you effectively communicate any delivery issues / risks to planning, buying, and store teams. Key cross functional teams you will collaborate with are Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, DMs/GMs, Stores, and Logistics.  The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 29.00 USD - 34.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
