Summary:
This role is for a communications professional who is seeking to broaden their experience in multiple aspects of corporate internal and external communications working on a nimble and fast-paced team. The Associate Manager will function as a generalist collaborating with business partners and other communications team members to execute work across the company and department’s strategic priorities. Candidate should have experience working on an entire life cycle of a communications project, from planning through content creation and distribution to target audiences. The successful candidate should leverage knowledge of multiple stakeholders to create messages appropriate for all groups. This role will assist in delivering all communications services for our enterprise clients: strategic planning, content development, content management, stakeholder management, and communications training.
Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Support in the creation and/or execution of editorial, language, engagement, internal, external, and change communications strategies. Content Development: Support in the creation of written, verbal, and/or visual communications. Content Management: Support in the management of content for social media accounts, internal and external-facing websites, branding, agency projects, media projects, and consumer projects. Stakeholder Management: Support in the alignment of stakeholders around communications initiatives, content approvals, and consult on communications best practices and tools. Training: Support in the training of stakeholders around communications practices and tools, brand guidelines, media outreach, and crisis/responsive communications.

Minimum Requirements and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, public policy, social sciences or other associated major. 3-5 years of work experience in communications A focus on one or more of the following areas would be advantageous: digital media and content, public relations, marketing, creative strategy, corporate communications.
