Job Description

Your duties and responsibilities include:

Partner with the Business & Functional stakeholders to establish and execute HR strategies that drive business performance.Drive operational excellence in key HR practices and lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding.Analyze and design solutions that address chronic performance challengesFormulate initiatives to improve retention, satisfaction and engagementIdentify Professional and Holistic Development Training opportunities and organize training initiatives to address them.Provide Career CounselingOwn due process related to Disciplinary Action triggered by attendance, performance, behavior and company policy violation. This includes Notice to Explain issuance, preliminary investigation, facilitation of admin hearing, and delivery of Notice of Decision.
