P&W Military Engines Sustainment team is seeking an energetic, execution-oriented, and experienced program manager to join our team.
In this role, the F135 Engine Core Upgrade (ECU) Sustainment Program Management will directly support the F135 ECU program in the execution of sustainment strategy, planning, and execution in support of the ECU development contract. The Individual will participate in cross functional organizational meetings key stakeholders to drive ECU activities across the F135 Sustainment value stream.
This position provides an opportunity to understand multiple aspects of the F135 Program, and to work across the integrated product development phases to support the program. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical skills, and strive to build strong relationships through interactions with internal and external customers.
**What You Will Do:**
+ You will the manage the Sustainment ECU deliverables supporting the ECU development utilizing the agile framework to include IPS impact assessment, retrofit strategy/planning, update of the PSLMP, develop and manage Sustainment ECU cost targets
+ You will integrate across internal Pratt & Whitney teams and our Rolls-Royce and Collins subcontractors
+ You will serve as the Sustainment quorum member on the ECU CORE IPMT, supporting ECU IPMTs, SIPTs, Weekly ECU Sustainment meetings, the agile increment planning process and major design reviews
+ You will integrate with the JPO Sustainment customer to lead the planning for incorporation into the F135 fleet.
+ You will lead the coordination and provide ECU proposal inputs for Sustainment and support the business acquisitions team through negotiations
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline is required
+ A minimum of 12 years of Sustainment customer/product support, project/program management, sustainment operations, and/or strategic planning experience is required
+ Strong knowledge of the F135 Global Support Solution and the Integrated Product Support element
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
+ Travel Requirements - 20%

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
