Assoc Administrative Assistant - Richmond, VA
Overview This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing payroll & onboarding support to one or more locations within the Virginia Market. Responsibilities Processing a weekly payroll for both hourly and base / commission employees, which involves: Validating accurate employee set-up in KRONOS payroll systems & SAP Collecting documentation to input data into a time keeping system (Kronos) Auditing payroll & employee information for accuracy Running, analyzing, and distributing reporting for approval Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in person and via email or telephone Supporting New Employee Orientation and Onboarding processes in compliance with market requirements Process location invoice/payments for supplier invoices via PGT processes (MyBuy or S4HANA) Manage uniform inventory and ordering process for frontline employees Maintain confidentiality of confidential documents and information Comply with company document retention records policy as it relates to payroll-related information Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned Provide planning & execution support for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition opportunities Backup to LPO Calero (mobile device) location process owner, which involves managing mobile device inventory, enforcing company policies and expectations surrounding mobile devices, and troubleshooting mobile device issue Serve as the primary back-up to complete daily cashiering documentation, which includes running reports, maintain a log of cashiering activity, and retaining appropriate documentation. Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
