Assoc Admin Assistant - Cashier and SME

Overview This position will provide support to both Selling and Delivery teams with primary responsibility split between cashiering and SME for field dispute management. Responsibilities This position will assist with general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to: Provide dedicated cashiering support in a professional and organized manner Daily deposit preparation and review of delivery documentation per DSD/POD requirements Update cashiering system by CR and Customer information including tracking over/short amounts in excel and communicate issues to Management Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations Field Dispute process management SME (subject matter expert) supporting the Upstate NY Market. Provide coverage/backup support on various administrative functions including front desk support, accounts receivable support, and more Supporting the location with special projects and tasks as needed Daily interaction with all functional teams Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
