Provide analytical support to Global / Regional businesses covering Customer analytics/ Product analytics/ Portfolio analytics etc.Strong business analysis, problem solving, project management skills and reporting skills are essentialManage effective and enduring relationships with various stakeholders to understand, recommend and drive delivery against business agendaSupport in analyse and build new used cases and campaigns on customer journeysManage and work with real time data to generate decisions on prospects, features for ongoing campaignsManage integration of on premise solutions to the global blueprintKnowledge in Financial services preferredThe role holder shall also be expected to guide and lead team members from a functional perspective and help them build up a strong culture of delivery and professionalism

7 years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using dataA degree in MBA with Bachelors in Engineering / Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other numerical discipline, equivalent with relevant work experience in Data related technologiesStrong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferredKnowledge of forecasting and statistical modelling techniques, market research and multivariate analysis tools (e.g., factor and cluster analysis, conjoint analysis etc.) is a plusStrong programming skills and sound knowledge of Python, SQL or other equivalent analytical tools is required. Knowledge of Qlik Sense will be preferredData Quality Analysis, Segmentation, Clustering techniquesTrend Analysis and Dashboard Creation based on Visualization techniqueData Implementation Checks and Quality AssuranceKnowledge and experience in SAS,Pyspark and QlikSense would be added advantage
