Assistant Vice President, Next Gen & Incubation

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Next Gen Incubation

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to spearhead our Next Generation Partnership and Incubation Program in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships, developing maintaining a robust pipeline and incubating groundbreaking projects to shape the future of our organization.

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision:

Develop a clear and ambitious vision for the Next Generation Partnership and Incubation Program that aligns with Genpact's long-term goals.

Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.

Partnership Development:

Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with external organizations, startups, research institutions, and industry leaders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential partners that can enhance our innovation capabilities.

Incubation Program Management:

Oversee the end-to-end incubation process, from ideation to execution, ensuring successful project development.

Provide guidance and mentorship to incubated teams, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.

Pipeline Building:

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through next generation and incubation partners.

Identify high-potential projects and initiatives that align with Genpact’s strategic objectives.

Resource Allocation:

Manage budgets and resources effectively to support the incubation program's growth and success.

Evaluate project proposals and allocate resources to projects with the highest potential for innovation and impact.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with incubated projects and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor the progress of projects and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, service lines and legal, to ensure alignment.

Reporting and Measurement:

Establish KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact and success of the program.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the program's progress and achievements.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Experience working within a Consulting organization.

Proven track record of driving innovation and leading successful incubation programs.

Experience working with innovation programs for large technology organizations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Strong business acumen with the ability to identify strategic opportunities.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
