Assistant Vice President, Cyber

We are seeking a talented individual to join our FinPro team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Cyber risk presents a complex and evolving challenge for businesses today. At Marsh, we leverage over 25 years of cyber expertise and data-driven insights to help clients build cyber resilience through a comprehensive approach. Our holistic value proposition encompasses insurance, incident management, risk intelligence, and cybersecurity, ensuring that clients achieve efficient and effective outcomes.

We will count on you to:

Develop and implement growth and client retention strategies in collaboration with Singapore FINPRO and Specialty Leadership.Drive business development initiatives through RFPs, account penetration, and client prospecting.Collaborate with insurers and reinsurers to enhance the Singapore Cyber Insurance market, increasing capacity and coverage options.Contribute to broader Marsh strategic initiatives and work closely with other Specialty Practices in Singapore.Partner with the Marsh Cyber Risk Consulting Practice to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.Coordinate with the Claims Advocacy function to ensure exceptional service for clients facing insured cyber events.Collaborate with regional cyber leadership to provide optimal resources and support to clients in Singapore.Utilize Marsh’s leading digital tools to enhance client outcomes and experiences.Address market challenges for brokers and clients, proactively resolving service issues reported by clients.Work with the Regional Cyber Placement Hub to deliver superior insurance results and value to clients.

What you need to have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cyber market or a similar specialist insurance line.Background in Cyber & Technology insurance and/or Cyber & Technology Risk.Established relationships with underwriters and a positive reputation within the insurance market.Proven track record of excellence in client service and achieving growth-driven results.Understanding of insurer profitability, market cycles, and the global reinsurance landscape.
