Assistant Vice President, Cards Usage & Partnership

The Assistant Vice President is an intermediate level position with leadership, stakeholders and partnership and budgetary management skill etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and development of strategies and programs, exploring and managing partnership network, engaging with different stakeholders to develop card usage initiatives to drive revenue growth.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the identification and development of profitable strategies for card usage and partnership by implementing key growth initiatives, and to drive cards usage and revenue, enhance customer engagement and card activation that meet business needs.
+ Identify and explore opportunities and partnership networks, lead the collaboration discussion and maximize negotiation of deal to ensure diverse and competitive collaboration. Lead partnership management to maintain excellent relationship with partners and manage conflicts to meet aligned interests and objectives.
+ Assess relevant customer, competitor, industry and data insights to help define strategies to develop innovation roadmap and to improve card usage and partnership strategies.
+ Conceptualize and launch innovation programs and marketing campaigns designed. And monitor and review the performance to develop beyond existing planning or solutions.
+ Ensure successful execution of strategies for a business requiring coordination and integration across teams/business units, as well as execute marketing plan that spans product, brand, acquisition, usage, and retention to improve performance, brand preference, and client engagement.
+ Engage with various internal teams and different stakeholders to align business objectives and ensure cohesive approach to strategies.
+ Oversee card financial performance including identifying opportunities and gaps, and developing business strategies
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5-8 years of relevant experience
+ Cross functional experience (e.g. marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, analytics)
+ Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results
+ Experience in scenario development and forecasting
+ Demonstrated knowledge of partnership management, financial acumen, and investment processes across asset classes
+ Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
+ Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
+ Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
