Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Bids and Proposal Management Tower Lead
This is a strategic role in the Bids and Proposal Management team under Growth Operations. It will provide you with significant exposure and experience in the client acquisition and sales process. You will be partnering with global stakeholders across Sales, Solutioning, Pricing, Transitions, Delivery, and other support teams to develop and deliver competitive proposals to Genpact’s clients. You would also be expected to innovate and lead the knowledge management platform with a tech first approach. The end objective is to ensure high quality bids to drive industry leading growth rates for Genpact.
This role provides you with an opportunity to build and run teams that act as a deal partner, who drive the deal throughout distinct phases of bid management. It will provide you with exposure to a variety of deals across industry verticals to help you form a holistic point on view on market trends, client hot buttons and innovative solutions being offered. It is a team leader role that requires you to exhibit strong people and stakeholder management skills while ensuring the highest delivery quality.
Responsibilities· Lead your team to enable specified bookings goals and bid conversion rates
· Help increase overall deal team VOC ratings for your team
· Proactively identify any potential risk to the current processes and escalate appropriately
· Create a detailed Project Plan for time, effort, and quality management
· Embrace transformation and lead your team to adopt/ comply with the designed change
· Continuously innovate to streamline core operating processes, knowledge management and leveraging technology for speed and quality
· Orchestrate an end-to-end collaborative engagement with various departments to plan, execute and deliver on sales pipeline outcomes
· Drive DNA change by landing the best-in-class bid management process, staffing right people in right roles, continuous capability building
· Close engagement with senior business stakeholders and delivering on their strategy for the business
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills· Outcome/ action-orientation

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills· MBA from Tier 1 B-school
· Sound experience preferably in pre-sales/sales operations/ knowledge management
· Strong MS office skills - Excel, PPT, Word
· PMP/ PRINCE2®/ APMP Certifications
