Description:
Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established mining company is currently looking for an Assistant Training Officer specializing in Load and Haul to join their team in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

Developing and delivering effective training programs for Load and Haul operators Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify training needs Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Grade 12 ODETDP Level 4 Assessor and Moderator Certificate 3 years’ experience in Load and Haul operations in Surface Mining 3 years’ experience in operational training and facilitation.
