ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

What you will enjoy doing Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs of the Managing Director Prepare meeting agendas and create meeting minutes and documentation Prepare and analyze daily/monthly/yearly reports and ad-hoc reports (when needed) Prepare presentations and information material by analyzing data Maintain and develop an updated filing system and database in accurate way Schedule and coordinate internal & external meetings Plan in-house or off-site activities Provide general support to visitors Support the Administrative Assistant in arranging travels and logistics including booking flights, car rental and hotel accommodations when needed Assist in coordinating and executing projects and initiatives, working with different departments to ensure timely completion What makes you great A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or a Bachelor's Degree with technical or economical background Excellent Greek and English language skills in written and spoken Strong knowledge of MS Office (powerpoint, excel, word) At least 3 years of experience in a similar position Excellent planning and organization skills High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactiveness and analytic mindset What you can expect working with us A modern, supportive and international working environment within a 100% family-owned company Opportunities to learn Hybrid way of working (1 day/ week work from home)
