Responsibilities Responsible for daily document distribution, tracking, filing etc.; Prepare presentations and material such as PPT, Excel. Travel arrangement - visa, Letter of Invitation, hotel/flight booking as required; Draft minute of meetings in English and Chinese; Translate documents and act as interpreter for GM; Assist GM in travel reports/ statistics / analysis etc. Assist GM to deal with daily routine work and arrange main activity schedule; Assist GM to master the daily work status of the staff, make feedback and record; Assist GM to supervise and inspect production site, maintain clean, safe, orderly and civilized production; Assist GM in external communication with production-related partners; Ensure smooth communication between GM and internal / external interfaces; Acting as a coordinator for important matters – CIMT and other business-related events ; Coordination with relevant departments of affiliated companies in Europe; Acting as back office assisting visitors / engineers for coordination / liaisons; Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as re-quired for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered. Other tasks to be assigned by the Professional Supervisor. Competencies Bachelor’s degree or above English, international trade or comparable major; financial background would be a benefit Technical terms of the products At least 3-year working experience in German or other Europe-an companies Knowledge about customs and foreign trade terms. Be familiar with mechanical engineering, preferably gear machine. Be familiar with marketing of technical products in China; Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills are preferable. Communication and negotiation skills.
