Role Description
The Metropolis Music promoting department is responsible for promoting hundreds of concerts throughout the UK every year. From up-and-coming new talent, to worldwide headline acts, our promoters look after artists across all genres of music in a variety of clubs, theatres, arena and stadia.
We are looking for a hard-working individual to provide a high level of administrative support to the Chairman and Senior Promoter on all aspects of this incredibly busy and fast-moving business.
Metropolis Music, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce and artist management. Metropolis Music seeks to innovate and enhance the live entertainment experience for artists and fans before, during and after the show.

Assist Senior Promoter and Chairman in all aspects of promoting shows, including:
Sourcing availabilities with venues and routing toursManaging holds, challenging dates, keeping records of what is heldConfirming shows with stakeholders, sending and updating tour itinerariesEnsure artist/venue contracts are processed in timely mannerEnsure prompt delivery of ticket links, artwork and deal memos to agents ahead of show announcements.Assisting in the co-ordination of marketing materialsDealing with all incoming queries from internal departments (accounts, ticketing, marketing etc.) and external contacts (agents, venues, labels etc.)PA duties to Chairman, including:
Providing effective diary management for Chairman – including arranging meetings and conference callsBooking travel, hotels etc. and submitting expensesOn occasion you may be required to attend shows in evenings and on weekendsEqual Opportunities
