Position Objective: This position is responsible for the supervision of activities for approximately 15 store employees represented by the TCU organization. Responsibilities: + Supervise Stores Department employees represented by the TCU organization. + Monitor the Store's warehouse equipment and handle any technical problems as they arise. + Ensure that material is shipped and delivered in a safe and timely manner. + Maintain and update maintenance repairs performed within the Stores Section. + Ensure policies and procedures for all functions are followed. + All other related activities as requested. Required Qualifications: Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Familiarity with warehouse systems WMS/MAXIMO. + Familiarity with Logistical Inventory Management Systems (LIMS) or equivalent. + Must possess strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.). + Must possess effective communication, interpersonal , and problem-solving skills. + Prior supervisory experience preferred. + Basic knowledge and understanding of TCU labor agreement and work rules preferred. Required Education and Experience: + A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent (GED/TASC) approved by a State’s Department of Education or recognized accredited organization. + Minimum of four years of related experience, including working knowledge of procedures for warehousing, material distribution, receipting, and storage.
